These terms cover services offered by AI Quick Up at aiquickup.com. Booking a call, paying for a session, or engaging us for deployment work means you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose. If something is unclear, ask before you buy.
The fifteen-minute fit call is free, carries no obligation, and is not consulting. Its purpose is to tell you honestly whether an AI agent is a reasonable tool for what you describe, and which kind. We may decline to take an engagement after a fit call, and you may walk away with no further contact from us.
The strategy session is a one-hour paid consultation followed by a written recommendation delivered within five business days. Payment is collected at booking. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, are not refunded. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a new time, your choice.
The session fee is credited in full toward a Foundation deployment if that deployment is agreed and its kickoff invoice is paid within 30 days of the session. The credit is not transferable and has no cash value after it expires.
Foundation deployments, additional personas, and expansion work are fixed-scope engagements. Scope, price, and timeline are written down and agreed before work starts. Deployment work is invoiced at kickoff and paid by payment link. Changes to scope after kickoff are quoted separately. Ongoing monitoring is billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice.

Deployments run on Quincer, a third-party platform. Your Quincer subscription is a separate agreement between you and Quincer, billed by Quincer under Quincer's terms and pricing. AI Quick Up does not resell, mark up, or control Quincer's pricing, availability, or features. If Quincer changes something that affects your deployment, we will tell you what it means and what the options are, but we cannot guarantee the platform itself.
AI Quick Up is an official Quincer deployment partner and a Quincer affiliate. If you sign up for Quincer through a link on our site, we may receive a referral commission from Quincer. This does not change what you pay Quincer. Our recommendation to use Quincer, or not to, is based on fit. Where Quincer is the wrong tool for your situation, we will say so.
We promise a defined process: a written persona, a scoped knowledge base, testing before launch, and monitoring with a correction loop after. We do not promise that an AI agent will never be wrong. Accuracy is reduced to a manageable level through design, not guaranteed. We do not promise specific business outcomes such as lead volume, conversion rates, or cost savings. Any figures we discuss are estimates for planning, not commitments.
An agent answers from the content it is given. If your content is wrong or out of date, the agent will repeat it. Reviewing and approving content is your responsibility; identifying content that needs attention is part of ours.
Agents we build are configured not to provide legal, medical, or financial advice. You agree not to direct an agent into those areas without a separate written agreement and appropriate review.
You retain ownership of your content, brand, and data. You grant us permission to use them to build and maintain your deployment. Conversation data generated by your agent is stored by Quincer according to your Quincer plan and settings, and by the model provider if you bring your own key. We will document what is stored, where, and for how long before launch. We do not sell or share your data, and we access conversation logs only to do the work you have engaged us for.
On full payment, you own the persona specification, the knowledge base structure and content, the test suite, and the documentation we produce for your deployment. You can take them to another platform or another provider. We retain the right to reuse our general methods, templates, and know-how.
We keep what we learn about your organization confidential and use it only for your engagement. We may describe work in general terms as experience, and will not name you or use identifying details in marketing without your written permission.
Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of Quincer, a model provider, or any other third party. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them; the version on this page at the time you book or engage us is the one that applies. Questions go to hello@aiquickup.com.
